Would just like to say that Debbie Franklin was wonderful to work with. She made us feel like we were her only client. She set up showings for about 10 condo units that we were interested in. We are from Ohio and made the trip down and she showed us multiple condos and then she followed up with us the next day. She answered all of our questions if she was able and if she was not able to answer she found out who could and got those answers for us.
Debbie is very nice, professional and willing to go the extra mile literally. She drove us to a repair place when we came out of one showing and found we had a flat tire!

In my 28 years as an active real estate agent, I have had multiple brokers. Ed and April Couturier are by far the most professional, giving, and easy to work for brokers that I have ever had. They will drop what they are doing to work with an agent when the agent has a question or an issue.
